Online Admission Instruction FOR THE YEAR 2018 – 19

The Application Form can be filled online with the help of the following instructions :

  1. Click on the 'Admission Form' button for the Online Admission Application. (Please refer to the section "Grade List" mentioned below)
  2. Fill out the details mentioned in the admission application form.
  3. Admission Application Form Fee of Rs. 500 (Non Refundable) is payable for each application of any grade
  4. After completing the Admission Form, please print the receipt and the admission form before closing the screen. If the screen is closed, the admission form/receipt will not be available. This receipt and admission form is required to be used as a proof at the time of taking admission.
  5. List of required documents are given on the first page of the admission form.

Confirmation of Admission

After selection, the admission will be confirmed only after receiving the required documents and fees.

  1. For Online Form Fee Payment, you need to confirm payment amount and proceed further to make payment through Internet Banking. Please make sure you know your Net banking USER ID and PASSWORD. Banks may differ as bank selection will happen at payment gateway.
  2. The Service Tax is applicable only on Processing Charges.
Admission Form - Instructions

List of Supporting Documents:
Please bring the following self-attested documents along with you when you come for admission.

  1. Two recent passport size photographs of the student and Family group photograph
  2. True Copy of the Birth Certificate. In case of certificates in languages other than English, please submit a notarized copy of the certificate translated in English.
  3. Copy of Student's Aadhar Card.
  4. True copy of Residence proof as mentioned below:
    Residence proof should strictly be in the name of the father or the mother of the child seeking admission.
    1. Passport (Recent)
    2. Electricity Bill(Recent)
    3. Telephone Bill (Land Line)
    4. Unique I.D. (Aadhar) Card
    5. Bank statement for the current month
    6. Registered Agreement Copy (Purchase or Rented) #
    7. # If a copy of rent agreement is attached as the proof of residence, then it should be accompanied by one more address proof, out of the options given above.
      Please Note - Ration Card Will NOT be accepted as proof of residence.
  5. Medical Certificate has to be filled, signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner.
  6. Parent consent form needs to be filled by parent and submitted to the school.
  7. Parents from Reserved Category, who want the caste to be entered in the school register should submit the Caste Certificate issued by the concerned Municipal authorities in the name of the student.
  8. Previous year's report card if applicable.
Admission Process for Nursery
  • Eligibility : 3 years complete as on 30th September 2018.
  • Seats will be reserved for Siblings of our existing students (up to a stipulated date) who fall in the right age group and who have completed the application process as per schedule given above.
  • Cousins Will Not be considered as siblings
  • Following this all other seats will be filled as per Random Selection or Lottery System.
  • Parents are requested Not to consider the seat as allotted till the Admission confirmation notification is received.
  • Preference will be given to children of flat owners of given to children of citizens of Amanora Park Town upto a stipulated date.
Admission to Higher Grades OTHER GRADES
  • Parents seeking admissions to grades other than nursery may put in their request for admission online and the same will be considered subject to availability of seats.
  • There will be an activity for students. Admissions will be based on the performance of the child in the activity.
  • Activity for Grade 2 to Grade 9 will be held on stipulated dates.
Special Notice
  • Priority for admission will be given to children of Amanora Park Town Citizens and siblings.
  • The School will not entertain any correspondence, discussion, telephonic or personal inquiries regarding the admission process.
  • Any intervention or pressure in the normal admission process will lead to immediate disqualification of the application.
  • Genuine queries can be directed to admission@ppspune.com mail id as per the school. Information received from any other source may not be reliable and the school will not be responsible for the same.
  • The school regrets its inability to address parental inquiries on an individual basis. All information required is available on the website www.ppspune.com
  • Admissions will be through random selection i.e. lottery system only.
  • Please note that the School Management does not accept donation of any kind whatsoever. Neither does the Management authorize any person to do so. In case any person claims to secure a seat in our school through influence or consideration please bring it to the notice of the school authorities for suitable action.
  • The school does not reserve any seats on any grounds other than the RTE quota, for direct siblings and for Amanora Citizens. In case any person claims to secure a seat in our school through influence or consideration please bring it to the notice of administration for suitable action.
